Develop and facilitate the design and implementation of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives
Partner with business heads and key stakeholders to execute cross-functional, large-scale projects and drive strategic change
Identify strategic issues and opportunities and resolve business roadblocks arising from execution, operational and other considerations, ensuring optimal coordination and cross-functional alignment
Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives
Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, best practices and strategic development opportunities that drive long-term value creation and business growth
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related field
Prior experience in both public and private sectors is preferred
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Possess business acumen and understanding of financials
Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with good project management ability
Able to work well in a fast-paced, fluid and dynamic environment
