Report to: Deputy Head, Development Management (Architecture)
Manage the maintaining and operating majority of the building facilities within the district for and on behalf of the government.
Handle the maintaining standards and certification of the current buildings and ensuring on setting specific goals and objective of the new/ upcoming building are eminent to overall success in this whole-of-nation effort across industry-community and government.

Set up Project Teams for delivery of Indoor Venue.
Be responsible for inclusion of users’ requirements, operator’s specifications and facilities management considerations when planning and design
Work with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate these requirements with the Multi-Disciplinary Team of consultancies services.
Work with both independently and well in group, to drive collaboration in solving problems using interactive and innovative approaches.
Work with Project Management Team on the delivery of the Indoor Arena.
Develop a 3-year roadmap on firm’s Green Plan for Sustainable Development
Active participation in design of current and new project to demonstrate innovative ideas and solution
Bachelors Degree from a recognised University
15 years working experience in areas of the built environment including architecture, urban design and urban planning
Masters of Architecture and/or Arts (Urban Design).
Registered Architect with Board of Architects (Singapore) would be an advantage
Professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be considered a plus
Demonstrate a solid understanding of cost control, project cost structures and project finances
Delivered project of 100 million as the key client’s representative or qualified person (QP)
