SUMMARY

An Executive Search Consultant specializes in identifying and placing senior-level executives and leadership talent. This role involves partnering closely with clients to understand strategic hiring needs, conducting targeted searches, and engaging high-caliber candidates—often those not actively seeking new roles.

 

 

 

 

THE ROLE

Partner with clients to define leadership hiring strategies and role specifications
Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to identify top executive talent
Proactively approach and engage passive candidates through discreet outreach
Assess candidates through structured interviews, competency evaluation, and cultural fit analysis
Present shortlists of qualified candidates with detailed insights and recommendations
Advise clients on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
Manage the full executive search lifecycle from briefing to placement
Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the search process
Build long-term relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
Support offer negotiation and onboarding at executive level

 

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources
Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or senior-level recruitment
Strong research and talent mapping capabilities
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Ability to engage and persuade senior executives
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business strategy
Experience working in a retained search or consultancy environment is preferred
