CLIENT: Agribusiness
You will provide commercial leadership to the local Vietnam commercial team for executing the marketing plans for local crush meal and imported feed ingredients under the commercial brokerage agreement. You will be the commodity point of contact for grains/ meals in Vietnam for developing and executing the market strategy and execution plans in Vietnam, pipeline execution management, customer partnering initiatives, value added services, and business development activities.
Develop and execute the soybean meal and corn marketing plans in close collaboration with the value chains and the local marketing team.
Manage the book for through close interaction with the local marketing team on daily basis.
Manage the Account Plans of the assigned customers and develop value propositions, relationship and partnerships.
Build solutions portfolio though active collaboration on the crush with value-added solutions to build stickiness in customer relationship.
Partner with commercial leads in Singapore in managing Vietnam pipeline execution, collaborate with logistics, trade execution, crush team to build most efficient logistics program in Vietnam through combo’s / swaps etc.
Direct ownership and accountability for local Vietnam research reporting, commercial reports including sales reports, BSC and account plans.
Oversee the country research and commercial excellence functions and training the local team for timely/accurately reporting.
At least 10 years of working experience in the Agri commodity industry, preferably in Grains/Meal marketing in Vietnam market.
Good knowledge and understanding of the commodity physical flow and futures
Good knowledge & insights into the corn & meal industry and its supply and demand dynamics
Have strong inter-personal skills, analytical and conceptual skills
